Summer Fruit Smoothie

2 fresh apricots (pits removed)

5 whole strawberries

1/2 c blackberries

1/4 fresh lime wedge with skin

1/2 c tangerine juice (Trader Joe's)

5 ice cubes

1 shot vodka

Toss all into Vitamix® and blend completely. Garnish with a few blueberries, and retreat to nearest hammock!  Happy Summer! 

This recipe makes 16 oz (2 servings)
