4 oz tuna
1 c zucchini & summer squash
1/2 c strawberries
1 c broccoli
1 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
Tuna is frozen and thawed overnight- marinate in Ken's Sesame Ginger No Sodium Marinade for 15 minutes; grill 4 minutes each side or until 145F; remove promptly. Top with 1 T Hannaford Taste of Inspirations® or Trader Joe's Mango Chutney.
Thickly slice fresh zucchini and summer square and sauté in 2 T garlic infused olive oil; grind fresh black pepper and cook until al dente'.
Slice 1/2 c fresh strawberries.
Steam 1 1/2 c fresh broccoli; add 1 oz reduced fat Cabot® cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
